We quote our prices in EUR and include 23% of VAT. For all companies using ACTIVE EU Vat number, we sell with 0% VAT.
We accept payments in EUR through electronic channels (such as bank transfer, PayPal) only.
We do not take any responsibility for any additional costs of purchasing items through this website that might arise from exchange rates, duties, bank and credit card companies’ fees.
We do not deliver purchased items to PO boxes and other specific addresses, such as military facilities. You take full responsibility to provide us with the correct and readable delivery address. To make this easier for you, we have prepared the user system where you can safely input and manage your address data.
We cannot be held responsible for the actions of the courier used. Any damages during transport must be signed for ‘damaged’ on the receipt for delivery, and claimed for in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions.
We are doing our best to keep the status of quantity of products in stock always actual. If for any reason an item is out of stock we will inform you by email or telephone call and advise on the status of the order.

Please be advised that the markers offered by us are not marked with the “F” mark which is obligatory according to the German law. We are not and responsible for any problems that might result from this fact. You buy entirely at your own risk.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund within fourteen days of receipt of the goods - based on the European Distance Selling Regulations. To do so please email or write to us within fourteen days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number.
We will give refunds in accordance with your legal rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 i.e. where goods are not of satisfactory quality or as described.
Please remember that you are not legally entitled to a refund, subject to Distance Selling Regulations, if:
You have changed your mind about the goods.
You have damaged the goods.
You were aware of the defect before you bought the goods.
You find that you no longer need the goods.
You are responsible and obliged to take reasonable care of the items and return them in unused condition with the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt.
The return of the items is always at your own cost.
The responsibility for the returned items is on you until they are in our possession. This means also claiming for any damages caused on the return, from the courier used. If the goods are not returned in unused condition then the right to full refund is not applicable.
Before returning an item you are obliged to contact us by telephone or email and confirm the return details.
Any goods returned that have no fault as confirmed by our engineers will be subject to a re-stocking charge which is 25% of the invoice value for the returned goods. We will also charge the re-stocking fee in case of incorrect delivery instructions resulting in the re-delivery.

WARNINGS
AIRSOFT Markers are not a toy! airsoft safety rules must be followed at all times. Please adhere to these guidelines.
PAINTBALL/AIRSOFT MARKER OPERATION
Careless or improper use including failure to follow instructions in the Operators Manual could cause serious injury or death. User and all persons within range of the marker must wear eye and head protection that is specifically designed for paintball use and meets ASTM/CE standards. Always treat the marker as if it were loaded and able to fire, and always fit a barrel blocking device to your marker when not in use on the field of play. Please read and understand all instruction manuals before use. Any installations, modifications or repairs should be carried out by a qualified individual at a licensed and insured paintball facility.
WARRANTY
All our products are offered with the 12 month limited warranty since the date of purchase. We guarantee that our products are free from all manufacturing defects in that period of time.
Warranty does not cover faults, damages, defects - such as scratches of surface, wear and tear of perishable parts (i.e. O-rings, valves, grip covers, screws, solenoids, ball detents) resulting from the regular use of the product, or any other failures resulting from misuse of the product, using the unreasonable force, improper maintenance procedure, using the improper maintenance tools and cleaning agents, grease, accidental damage.
Warranty service is dependent on delivering together with the subject of warranty the proof of purchase and the filled in and the warranty card signed by us.
